	SEXUALLY VIOLENT PREDATORS, CIVIL COMMITMENT
	(2002) Escape rule applies to civil commitment proceedings under the sexually violent predator statutes. Ingrassia v. State, 103 S.W.3d 117 (Mo.App.E.D.).
